Northside Baptist Church

Northside Baptist Church began services in 1994 and formally established as a church in 1996.  

The Lord has allowed us to meet in the Gumblossom Community Centre since 1996.  The building is conveniently located, spacious, clean, and fully equipped for the handicapped.

Our people enjoy the services and the fellowship.   They are very friendly people and love to have visitors in our services.  Being a fairly small congregation, this creates a close family-type atmosphere.

10 a.m. Sunday

Our Sunday morning services primarily consist of singing edifying hymns and listening to Bible preaching.  After our time of singing and announcements, the children are dismissed for Sunday school.  At the conclusion of the morning services, we always have a time of fellowship and a cup of tea.  Most of our people really enjoy this time of getting to know each other. 

6 p.m. Sunday

Sunday evening we have a similar service but without the Sunday school and cup of tea afterwards.

7 p.m. Wednesday

On Wednesday evening, we meet at Pastor Childs' home for Bible study and prayer.  

Throughout the week there are opportunities for evangelistic outreach in the community.
