My friend, if you know the Lord as your Saviour, He does not want you to swear, curse or use any bad language that would defame His name. Find an OLD dictionary and briefly write the definitions to the following euphemisms (an inoffensive word to replace an offensive word).
Darn—
Heck—
Gosh—
Gee—
If you have had a problem with using bad language in the past, you must pray and ask the Lord to give you victory over it. One thing that will help is if when you slip, you immediately ask all who heard you for forgiveness, then ask the Lord’s forgiveness. This humiliating act will help you to determine to quit the bad habit.
